In my twenties I was an existentialist – and an outspoken one at the time.

Fortunately for me, as I look back now, I also did a fair amount of reading. Much of it in support of my existentialist beliefs. How do existentialists find meaning in life?

In pursuit of animal behaviour and psychology I read a book by a mate of Freud’s. This was Carl Jung’s, Memories, Dreams, Reflections. How do existentialists find meaning in life? | Memories, Dreams, Reflections book image

The book became the springboard to my more fulfilling adventure into spirituality and what that entails.

Let’s put it this way, back then I was wading around in the shallow end. How do existentialists find meaning in life?
